What types of accommodations are available?
We offer seven luxurious villas and an eight-bedroom barn suite, accommodating up to 66 guests in total.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, we typically require a minimum stay of 2 nights, especially during peak seasons.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out are available for an additional fee.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made through our website or by calling our reservations team at (817) 857-2624.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Half of the reservation price will be refunded for cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are not refundable.
How much does it cost to stay in a villa or the barn suite?
Our rental rates vary depending on the type of accommodation and the dates of your stay. To find the total cost, please search for the specific accommodation type and your desired dates on our booking page.
What activities are included when I stay in an overnight accommodation?
When you stay in one of our overnight accommodations, you have access to a variety of activities designed for relaxation and adventure. Enjoy hiking and nature walks on our scenic trails, fishing in our stocked ponds, access to the Brazos River, and exploring the beautiful grounds of the ranch. Don’t forget our outdoor games and picnic areas to add more adventure to your stay.
You can also visit our Adventure Barn where our bounce houses, inflatable slides, and an abundance of games are located. Be on the lookout for our Texas longhorns and Herefords on the ranch, they are quite magical. Additionally, accommodation guests have access to our resort pool and hot tub (the pool is seasonal), providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration.
How can I get ranch grown food?
You can purchase our ranch-grown food directly during your stay. We offer high-quality, grass-fed, corn-finished beef that is hormone and antibiotic-free, along with fresh eggs. You are welcome to take some home with you, enjoying the taste of locally sourced, nutritious food long after your visit. Simply inquire with us for availability and pricing. Enjoy a delicious farm-to-table experience while you relax and unwind.
Another option is to order directly from our Twin Canyons Beef website and pick up your order at the ranch.
Can I do laundry while I’m staying overnight at the ranch?
Yes, each villa and the Barn Suite are equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, allowing you to do laundry at your convenience during your stay. This makes it easy to freshen up your clothes and keep everything comfortable for your family.
What kind of kitchen and support items are provided?
Each villa and the barn suite have a fully equipped kitchen to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Some highlights include:
- Both a conventional coffee pot and a Keurig machine
- Pots, pans, and baking wares
- A mixer, measuring tools, and mixing bowls
- Glass, porcelain, and acrylic dishes and cups

What activities are available with the day pass?
Day pass guests can enjoy a variety of activities designed for fun and relaxation. Your pass included access to scenic trails for hiking and nature walks, fishing in stocked ponds, and exploring the beautiful grounds of the ranch. Don’t forget the Adventure Barn, which features bounce houses, inflatable slides, kid-friendly axe throwing, and an abundance of games. You might even spot a Texas Longhorn or two.
For an additional charge, you can enhance your day with interactive UTV animal feeding tours, private UTV ranch tours, clay shooting, or a ride on the mechanical bull.

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome at the ranch as long as they are on a leash when out and about at the ranch. If they are overnight guests, there is an additional fee per dog. Please refer to our Pet Policy for overnight guests and the Day Pass webpage for daily pet visitors.
