Burgers in Granbury made with our own beef

This is what makes game day at Twin Canyons different. We’re a working cattle ranch, raising registered Texas Longhorns and Herefords, and the burgers at Black Star Grille are made with our own ranch-raised beef. The Bunkhouse Burger is a fan favorite.

Take Twin Canyons Beef home

Love the burger? Our beef is grass-fed, corn-finished and raised without added hormones, and you can order it from the Twin Canyons Cattle online shop at shop.twincanyonscattle.com. Part of our beef sales supports Martha’s Ranch Foundation, which supports families affected by autism, so every purchase does a little good too.

“The owners are very friendly and accommodating and their beef is wonderful. We will definitely go back.”

— Christopher M., guest
